Use in the PM routine only, 2-3 times per week when starting out (retinal is a potent retinoid), gradually building tolerance. Apply a few drops onto clean, dry skin after toning, before heavier creams. Always follow with a moisturizer, and apply SPF the following morning as retinoids increase sun sensitivity.
