A biocompatible face toner that increases the absorption of active substances! Our Arkana Bioactive Face Toner contains 3% of active ingredients and is suitable for all skin types – including very sensitive, acne-prone, or mature with visible signs of ageing. The formula is based on a combination of 12 amino acids that stimulate cell regeneration and promote the production of collagen and elastin. The addition of moisturisers (hyaluronic acid, panthenol and vegetable glycerin) leaves the skin silky smooth and prepped for the next steps in your daily skin care routine.

This toner can be used both as a make-up remover and a regular toner, restoring the physiological pH of the skin. It increases the absorption of active substances found in creams, serums, ampules, and masks. The enrichment of Citystem™ removes residual impurities present in urban smog. The fragrance-free and watery formula makes this product excellent for allergy-prone skin and skin prone to redness and irritation, commonly caused by similar cosmetics.
